Thank you for your interest in the position of Chief Executive Officer at Keystone Academy Trust (KAT).  This vacancy has arisen due to the planned retirement of our current CEO, Elaine Radley, who has overseen the formation of KAT and has played a leading role in the growth and development of our Trust.

We are a forward-thinking Primary MAT, made up of 7 schools in Lincolnshire and headquartered in the market town of Bourne.  We’re passionate about our mission: ‘Forging Stronger Futures for All’ and we put our young people at the heart of everything we do.

We’re currently made up of non-church schools but we’re delighted by the fact that we’ve recently received approval from the Diocese of Lincoln’s Board of Education to become an accredited Church MAT.

As the CEO you will be leading a talented and highly committed group of headteachers, heads of school and school staff and an equally strong and dedicated Central Team.  We’re committed to excellence in teaching and learning and we believe in recruiting the best people to achieve this.
